Low Serial T70A Fr. 236 $1 1899 Silver Certificate PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.A note from our very first auction which was conducted in November 1990 at the Sheraton St. Louis Hotel. We mentioned this Black Eagle's rich color and full embossing along with its nice centering in our original lot description. All three of those traits are still relevant today, and we would like to add that a paper guide line marker is located in the back lower right corner. Low serial number T70A makes this example a winner in all respects.
