Fr. 374 $20 1890 Treasury Note PCGS Very Fine 35.This 1890 Series $20 features the collector-favorite ornate back that the 1891 Series lacks. This scarce Treasury Note is in a pleasing grade of Very Fine 35, and certainly faces up nicely for the grade. The left end displays engraver Charles Schlecht's portrait of John Marshall, adapted from the painting by Harry Inman and a small red treasury seal is at the right. Very attractive on both sides, with a colorful, wonderfully detailed green back. A beauty that is sure to please its next owner.
