Very Fine 20.A pleasing mid-grade example of a very rare Richmond $500 FRN star that is one of just three replacement notes reported. Housed in a comment-free holder, this high denomination replacement note features solid paper and decent color for the grade. Two years ago, we sold a PMG Very Fine 25 star, with mention of an edge restoration, for $6,000.
