PCGS Banknote Extremely Fine 40 Details.Only half of the 12 districts issued light green seal 1928A Federal Reserve Notes and only the St. Louis district is known to have issued star notes. This lightly circulated LGS $100 star displays bold ink colors with some repaired edge tears.
