China People's Republic 5000 Yuan 1951 Pick 857BaA note uncommon in any condition as an issued form. As the People's Republic started to exert more influence in the frontier regions of Tibet and Xinjiang, the People's Bank of China prepared the People's money (RMB) for them. The amount of notes delivered and the amount in circulation was low, accounting for their incredible rarity today. This issue with the all Mongolian text back was issued in the northern regions. PCGS Good 4.
