Portland, OR - $20 1902 Red Seal Fr. 640 The First National Bank Ch. # (P)1553 PMG Fine 12.Low grade with some discoloration, but this is one of only four $20 Red Seals listed from Oregon in the National Currency Foundation census, and the only example from this early-chartering Portland bank. Despite the amount of wear, the red overprint and signatures remain quite distinct.
