Wise, VA - $5 1929 Ty. 1 The First National Bank Ch. # 10611 PMG
Very Fine 25.Fives are sole denomination issued by this just plain rare southwestern Virginia bank, with the census showing just one large and four small notes from this institution. This nicely margined offering is one of that small size quartet and displays just even wear. Six years ago, we auctioned a PMG Very Fine 35 example for $6,600.
