Fr. 104 $10 1880 Legal Tender PCGS Banknote Choice AU 58.A lovely, lightly circulated example of the popular "Jackass" note so named for what appears to the eyes of some when the note's small eagle vignette at bottom center is viewed with the note rotated 180 degrees. This example is well printed on bright paper with decent margins and face-to-back registration. It is the second scarcest Jackass number of the subtype that runs from Fr. 103 through 113, with 62 notes documented, including this note, in the Track & Price census.
