Fr. 35 $1 1880 Legal Tender PMG Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ.A beautiful example of this Small Red Seal Legal Ace, this piece was last publicly offered in our 2013 Central States auction. Tied for the finest graded by either major services, this well framed and nicely centered Ace has wonderful color and pristine paper surfaces. It has been over four years since another example at this lofty grade level has crossed the auction block - the last being another PMG 67 EPQ note that we auctioned for $3,600 in June of 2020.
