Seal Federal Reserve Note. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.A very scarce note in any grade, examples are prohibitively rare near the Gem level. This beautiful example is also, incredibly, an error note, with the back showing a good size green ink smear, making it likely the only error 1928C $10 to exist.
