Partial Off-Center Wet Ink Transfer of the First Overprint Error Fr. 1870-G* $20 1929 Federal Reserve Bank Star Note. PCGS Extremely Fine 40PPQ.A rare Chicago star as this example with serial number G00002058* becomes only the 16th to be enumerated in Track & Price. It has also earned the sole second highest grade of the 16 and is only the fourth Fr. 1870-G* to be awarded the PPQ or EPQ grade modifier. It is also a partial off-center wet ink transfer of the first overprint error, as immediately below, "The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago Illinois" bank title are repeated faint letters of the bank title.
