Dalhart, TX - $20 1902 Red Seal Fr. 639 The First National Bank Ch. # (S)6762 PMG Choice Fine 15.The first Red Seal to be reported from this well collected Panhandle location that has just a dozen other large size in the census, all Blue Seals. While the stamped signatures are somewhat faded, this $20 is very attractive for the grade with solid paper and a bold red overprint.
