New Albany, MS - $20 1902 Date Back Fr. 644 The First National
Bank Ch. # (S)8514 PMG Very Fine 30.A great Mississippi note, this is one of only four reported examples from this large size-only bank that was the only issuer in Union County and was only open from 1907 until 1916. This $20 is easily the finest of that quartet with none of the other three pieces grading above Fine. This note is crossing the auction block for the first time tonight. It is a pen signed beauty with excellent color and just light, even wear.
