Oswego, NY - $20 1902 Red Seal Fr. 639 The Second National Bank Ch. # (E)296 PCGS Banknote Very Fine 20.The lone $20 Red Seal reported from an Oswego County bank, this moderately circulated note was part of the Bill Sabis collection that we auctioned in our 2003 Central States Signature Auction. It faces up nicely for the grade with a bold red overprint and clear pen signatures, but it does have stains, minor masking, and part of the design filled in as mentioned on the PCGS Banknote holder.
