Macedon, NY - $5 1902 Plain Back Fr. 609 The First National Bank Ch. # 12494 PMG Choice Very Fine 35 EPQ.A very attractive note from the only bank to issue in this small Wayne County community, the First National was only in business from 1923 until its failure in 1931. One of just six large size reported out of an outstanding of only $300 at its closure, this bright and original $5 has very bold ink colors and legible stamped signatures.
