Marion, ND - $20 1902 Date Back Fr. 644 The First National Bank
Ch. # (W)9161 PMG Very Fine 20.Large notes only were issued from this extremely rare LaMoure County bank, with the census standing at just three pieces. This was the only bank in this windswept prairie town, and the institution failed in 1926 during the agricultural depression. This moderately circulated $20 made its last public appearance in our 2007 FUN auction. It exhibits even wear and clear pen signatures.
