Merchants & Farmers National Bank Ch. # 3975 PMG Fine
12.A very rare Weatherford bank which issued Brown Backs only before liquidating at the expiration of its charter at the end of 1908. Just four notes are recorded in the census, with one impounded in the Moody Foundation holdings. This evenly circulated and solid $10 is one of the reported four notes and features nice color and dark signatures.
