Fr. 2211-H $1,000 1934 Light Green Seal Federal Reserve Note. PCGS Choice About New 58.A lovely and desirable St. Louis Light Green Seal bordered by four generous margins and sharp corners. A neat three digit partial reverse-ladder serial number of "432" is also noticed. Why PCGS chose not to award this vibrant Fed a full Uncirculated grade is unknown to this cataloger, even after close examination.
