Richmond, VA- Richmond Exchange Office-Jacob Ezekiel 25¢ Apr. 10, 1862 Jones-Littlefield PR60-704 PMG About Uncirculated 55.As has been previously noted Ezekiel was in the dry goods business. This note has the same basic design as others in this series but was printed on blue paper, either by design or simply because that was the paper available at the time this note was printed. This is the first time we have offered this denomination in one of our public auctions.
