T24 $10 1861 PF-10 Cr. 167 PMG Very Fine 30.The note is well printed on plain paper with good color including the orange security design elements which are not oxidized. Most importantly, the NY watermark is visible when candled, an R10 variety according to Fricke. Worth a premium with this watermark and outstanding color.
