Oroville, CA - $10 1929 Ty. 1 The First National Bank Ch. # 6919
PMG Very Fine 20 EPQ.From a very scarce northern California one-bank community, this $10 is one of only six small size reported from this charter. Also, with just one large size known, a Series 1929 example is the only realistic option for virtually all collectors. It hails from a bank that maintained an overall circulation of a mere $12,500 and it is crossing the auction block for the first time. This crisp and original offering compares quite favorably to a $20, in a PMG Very Fine 20 holder, that sold for almost $4,000 at auction four years ago.
