Hanford, CA - $20 1902 Date Back Fr. 642 The Hanford National Bank Ch. # (P)6873 PMG Very Fine 25.This is a great note from a Hanford bank that issued Third Charters only between 1903 and its liquidation in 1924. Off the market since John Hickman sold it as part of The Philip Krakover Collection in 1990, this $20 Date Back is one of just five pieces reported. It features bright paper, bold ink colors, and plenty of original embossing. Its only flaw is a small internal tear.
