Fr. 1282 25¢ First Issue PCGS Choice New 63PPQ.From all appearances this note is nicer than the example that was part of the O'Mara sale in 2005. The back is centered a bit high and the face is cut in tight almost on all sides. A pleasing No Monogram example that should prove popular.
