Port Henry, NY - $10 1882 Brown Back Fr. 484 The First NB Ch. # 1697From the face, this is a gorgeous Brown Back from this Essex County bank that has bold color and strong pen signatures. However, on the back, there are a few small paper scuffs and a couple of areas of faded color. PCGS Apparent Extremely Fine 40.
