Fr. 321 $20 1891 Silver Certificate PCGS Very Choice New 64.An attractive and colorful piece that boasts the margins and front to back centering of a full Gem. Manning's portrait along with the other printed details are bold, but not so heavily printed as to obscure the fine engraved lines of the design. An as-made paper inclusion is noted in the top margin, but is not a distraction to the overall eye appeal.
