Saint Clairsville, OH - $20 1929 Ty. 1 The First NB Ch. # 315This would make a nice companion piece to the previous lot. The upper serial number was misprinted on this $20. This misprinted serial number was erased by the BEP and the serial number was applied again with a manually operated numbering press. An erasure area, a slightly skewed serial number, and malformed characters are the clues. PMG About Uncirculated 55.
