Fr. 190b $10 1864 Compound Interest Treasury Note PCGS Apparent Very Fine 25.A high grade piece which is in the top 15% of the census despite the usual listing of minor problems, which include some repaired splits and some professionally executed repairs at the bronze overprinting. The overall appearance is quite nice, and this piece is quite comparable to the repaired (and net graded) Fr. 190b which sold for $9775 in a September, 2009 auction.
