Fr. 233 $1 1899 Silver Certificates Cut Sheet of Four PCGS Gem New 65. This cut sheet of Black Eagles sports low serial numbers Z61Z through Z64Z. The inks are still dark after all of these years as this cut sheet is brought to auction for the very first time.
