North Carolina May 17, 1783 10s PMG Good 4 Net.Extremely rare in all grades, and although this note is heavily taped with a few sizeable missing pieces, it has the advantage of having a wholly intact, crystal clear vignette area. It's actually considerably more pleasing than the Net 4 grade would imply as the areas that are present grade Fine and substantially better. A difficult note to evaluate, but we suspect it should realize right around...
