Fr. 1226 3¢ Third Issue PCGS Superb Gem New 67PPQ.An old friend that was previously lot 186 from CAA's September 1996 Secaucus, New Jersey's "Sale In the Swamp." The note is incredible with huge margins, spectacular eye appeal, and an overall pristine appearance. PCGS has graded 397 of these with this and three others at the 66PPQ level and nothing higher.
