North Carolina December, 1768 20s PMG Choice Fine 15 Net. Beautifully margined and well signed, this is an attractive note. Tear repairs were mentioned by PMG as the reason for the net grade. However, the repairs were nicely performed and this note retains good eye appeal for the grade. These notes are not priced above VF in the latest edition of the Newman reference.
