Pennsylvania April 20, 1781 30s PCGS Choice About New 55.This is a higher denomination example from this late date Pennsylvania issue. It remains our opinion that these 1781 Pennsylvanias are all undervalued, particularly the higher denominations. This lightly handled note has had restorations in its top two corners.
