A total of 12,600 $2s were issued as part of the 1863 emission printed by Keatinge & Ball that features pre-war vignettes of a passenger train at center, flanked by vignettes of Ceres and a state of Florida die at left and a native American woman at right. A large red-orange TWO protector, which is completely unoxidized, completes the design. This note is printed on bright untoned paper with decent margins and has some of the attributes of an even higher graded note.
