Milton 2E25F.3UNL 25¢ Second Issue Experimental PMG About Uncirculated 53 EPQ.A uniface Experimental that is unlisted in Milt's Encyclopedia, this example has a front engraving only. Interestingly, "SPECIMEN" is rubberstamped horizontally above the portrait instead of the usually seen diagonally through the portrait. Also, three wedge-shaped holes were used to cancel this Experimental, while the usual method was to employ two half-moon cancellations.
