McAlester, OK - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 658 The First National Bank Ch. # (W)5052 PMG Very Fine 30.The First NB had two title iterations during its existence, with our current offering exhibiting the second bank name. This institution opened its doors in 1896 and stayed in business past the end of the National Banking era. We auctioned another example of this design and denomination from the bank in August 2023, a PMG VF 25 piece which fetched $408.
