Fr. 1954-F $5 1928D Light Green Seal Federal Reserve Note. PMG Choice Fine 15.Series 1928D is the scarcest series for $5 FRNs with notes known only on the Atlanta district. This note circulated during the Great Depression to the extent that it acquired a split that has been repaired and a teller annotation of "375" in red ink on the face.
