HB-190 EP-53 Reed-NA03ST 3¢ North America Life Insurance Straight Insurance Very Fine.This number has a rarity rating of R-5, 21-30 known, in the Fred Reed 1995 reference, Civil War Encased Stamps The Issuers and Their Times. A small amount of silvering remains in the protected areas of the advertising lettering. The stamp has a couple of wrinkles. Also, crazing is minor and scattered, while there is a lamination at the top of Washington's head.
