Spokane, WA - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 651 The Fidelity National Bank Ch. # (P)3528 PMG Very Fine 25.Rubberstamped bank officer signatures are light, but are of Cashier J. J. Rouse and President Thomas Howard Brewer.
We looked at the pictured notes on charter number 3528 in the National Bank Note Census and saw that the signatures on the earlier Series 1902 notes are often completely faded away. Rouse and Brewer served together in those two capacities during the years 1913-19.
