Portland, OR- Black Hawk Stable Ad Note $3 Jan. 31, 1880 PMG About Uncirculated 55.Oregon advertising notes are rare as we have offered very few over the years with this piece the only example we have seen from this issuer. One side of this note is advertising and the other side is a receipt. The cost of housing a horse and buggy was $1.50 a day in 1880. PMG mentions a small hole.
