Fr. 1971-C $5 1969B Federal Reserve Note. PCGS Gem New 66PPQ.We have only sold a single example of this scarcer "B" series note that is a resounding nearly superb gem note. PCGS has graded one finer but this note doesn't need to apologize for being second best.
