Belgian Congo Banque du Congo Belge 10 Francs 11.11.1948 Pick 14Es Specimen PCGS Choice About New 58PPQ.A scarce Specimen for this first date of this blueish-grey type. Interestingly, there is only one example graded in the PMG Population Report at the time of cataloging, which is an indicator of the scarcity for this type. Unlisted in the Standard Catalog and desirable with PPQ status. This Specimen has two red overprints on each side, and no serial numbers. We have not offered this type previously.
