A123As Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.A surviving American Banknote Company Specimen of the extremely scarce second highest denomination from the 1921 series. This is one of only three examples registered in the PMG Population Report. Vibrant colors and originality are present throughout. Red Specimen overprints, all zero serial numbers, and two POCs are present.
