Canada Bank of Canada $20 1935 Pick 46b BC-9b Small Seal PMG Very Fine 30.An especially desirable denomination within the famed 1935 series, as this is the first banknote to feature the eventual Queen Elizabeth II. Crisp paper and only mild circulation is seen on this beautiful type. The second variety bank seal is seen on this example, which still features the A-prefix. One of Canada's most famous banknotes and a "must have" for Commonwealth collectors. It seems that a nice Choice Very Fine is the perfect grade that finds balance between eye appeal and price. In our Central States sale last year, we sold another PMG Very Fine 30 for $1,740.
