Splendid originality is present on this very scarce Specimen. Notice the prefix "P" for Netherlands, and the serial number 1, which certainly adds desirability to this already outstanding offering. At the time of cataloging, this is the single finest of only three examples graded in the PMG Population Report. Two diagonal red overprints and a Specimen number are mentioned for accuracy. This modern rarity is assuredly missing from many collections.
