Dominican Republic Banco Nacional de Santo Domingo 1 Peso = 1 Dollar 31.1.1912 Pick S151s Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.The Banco Nacional de Santo Domingo commissioned a series of banknotes denominated in both Pesos and Dollars dated 1912. It is perhaps unknown if any notes of this series were issued. To date, PMG has graded only Proofs and Specimen, which may be the only formats to acquire this series. Classic ABNC design elements are seen on both sides of this handsome Specimen, which features an extra wide top margin with printer stamps. Hole punched and overprinted cancellations complete the Specimen process. We have only offered this denomination once previously. Rare and worthy of consideration.
