French Indochina Banque de l'Indo-Chine 500 Piastres ND (1951) Pick 83s Specimen PMG Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ.An elite, high grade Specimen, bettered by only one example in the PMG Population Report at the time of cataloging. Even centering, sharp corners, and fully Uncirculated paper are easily seen through the third party holder. A perforated Specimen cancellation is seen in the watermark area.
