Fr. 280 $5 1899 Mule Silver Certificate PMG Extremely Fine 40.Although at a glance the margins and color fool the eye into thinking the note is a higher grade, close inspection shows that PMG nailed it, and 40 is exactly correct. The note has a very, very nice appearance.
