Fr. 248 $2 1896 Silver Certificate PMG Choice About Unc 58.Only the faintest of folds can be detected through the third party holder of this $2 Educational, which at first glance has the eye appeal of a Choice CU. This example is boldly inked on either side, and the over print color is quite pronounced. PMG has commented about an insignificant rust speck which can only be found after diligent searching.
