$50 Treasury Bond
2 7/8% $50 Treasury Bond of 1955-1960. Issued March 15, 1935.The first of two bonds we are offering tonight from this scarce series that was issued to replace and retire the Liberty Loan Bonds. Thirty-five coupons remain on this $50 bond that has the facsimile signatures of Register of the Treasury W.W. Woodin and Secretary of the Treasurer Henry Morgenthau Jr. Very Fine-Extremely Fine, with excellent color and original surfaces.
