Fr. 1603 $1 1928C Silver Certificate. PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.PMG has not graded a G-B block example higher, and only a total of four higher for all blocks of the 1928C Series. This is a very nicely margined and well centered example with vibrant color and plenty of natural paper wave.
